YOGA & PILATES
We've teamed up with Marta Duda, a fantastic local Yoga & Pilates teacher to bring you the best of both worlds. Marta teaches Forrest Yoga which uses deep breathing, intelligent and intense pose sequencing and heat to sweat out toxins and prevent injuries and is the yoga most suited to our HIT studio. Each class is designed around a theme and helps you to get connected to your body and mind. This style of yoga gets you stronger and centred and makes you feel relaxed and rejuvenated - it's more like a HIT class than any other form of Yoga.
Marta also teaches Pilates which allows her to bring the best of both disciplines together. She has launched a new timetable which will teach both disciplines singularly but also a combination class of Pilates & Yoga - Pi-Yo. Marta's Pilates class will also be closer to our HIT philosophy than tradition slows and relaxing Pilates!
Marta discovered her passion for yoga when she was fighting a medical condition. She loves Yoga, is a living example of its healing effects and is now on the mission of infecting others with it! Being a very empathetic individual, Marta creates warm and friendly atmosphere where everyone can connect with themselves.
