Forrest Yoga was created by Ana Forrest to address the physical and emotional stresses and challenges of modern life. Forrest Yoga uses deep breathing, intelligent and intense pose sequencing and heat to sweat out toxins and prevent injuries. Each class is designed around a theme and helps you to get connected to your body and mind. This style of yoga gets you stronger and centred and makes you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Forrest Yoga is for everyone, doesn't require strength or flexibility, only requires you to bring an open mind.
Marta is certified Forrest Yoga Teacher Level 1. She discovered her passion for yoga when she was fighting a medical condition. She loves Forrest Yoga, is a living example of its healing effects and is now on the mission of infecting others with it! Being very empathetic individual, Marta creates warm and friendly atmosphere where everyone can connect with themselves.
