The studio is open year round, and classes are arranged in 13 blocks of fours weeks.  Each day has a set of exercises that get progressively harder throughout the block and we reset every four weeks with new exercises.  We run a contract free membership system which is paid by direct debit on the 2nd of each month. Membership is for unlimited HIT classes as above.
