PILATES

Pilates is a low impact gentle form of exercise for everybody. Designed to strengthen and stretch the whole body in turn improving muscle strength, posture & balance.

The classes are held in various location in and around Brampton, sessions are for all abilities and ages.

General classes for both men & women 

P-Little's for toddlers and their big person
